Our Unique Step by Step Process:
- Send us your query via email.
- We will reply within 24 hours by e-mailing you a very easy to understand explanation of the different Marital Regimes, in order for you to make an informed choice as to which Marital Regime would be best suited for your intended marriage, along with a questionnaire that has to be completed.
- If you have any questions with regard to the different Marital Regimes, you can e-mail it to us or
phone our office.
- After the questionnaire has been completed, you e-mail it back to us.
- Within 24 hours, we will e-mail you a Power of Attorney with the Contract attached to it, which must be signed and sent back to us.
- The attorney will then attend to the notarization of the contract before our Notary Public in terms of the Power of Attorney granted to him.
- Once the Contract has been notarized, we will send you a letter confirming same, which must be provided
to your marriage officer (minister).
- We will then register the Contract at the Deeds Office.
